The Shura Council State of Qatar

Today, His Excellency Mr. Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, Speaker of the Shura Council, honored a number of distinguished employees of the Council, in appreciation of their outstanding performance, sincerity and dedication in performing the tasks assigned to them.

The honor included: Mr. Ahmed Muhammad Abdul Rahman, Mr. Hassan Juma Bu Jallof, Mr. Khaled Hassan Al-Maliki, Mr. Abdullah Hamoud Al-Saadi, Mr. Khalil Mohsen Ahmed, Mrs. Kholoud Nasser Al-Hajri, and Ms. Alya Mohammed Albader.

In his speech during the ceremony held on this occasion, His Excellency the Speaker of the Council appreciated the important role of distinguished job performance in supporting and enhancing the work of the Council, extending his thanks to the distinguished employees for their tireless efforts in performing their work.

His Excellency stressed the importance of human capital as an important resource that must be preserved and developed, as confirmed by the first pillar of the Qatar National Vision 2030.

His Excellency continued, saying: “In confirmation of that fact, we are working in the Shura Council to invest in national cadres, by harnessing all their capabilities, and encouraging and supporting them through the implementation of training programs aimed at developing their capabilities and increasing their efficiency, and strengthening the network of social and humanitarian relations and the work team spirit among them.” .

His Excellency stressed the need to continue sincere work and develop it permanently, to ensure continued excellence and provide qualitative work of high quality, pointing out that employees are the true wealth of the Council, “which will not be able to achieve success, carry out its role, and exercise its powers to the fullest extent, except through Their hard work,” stressing that this work is invaluable.

His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Fadala, Secretary-General of the Shura Council, praised this step, stressing that it is an incentive for the employee to make more efforts to improve the work in the Council.

His Excellency stressed the keenness of the General Secretariat of the Council to develop the administrative work system, by enhancing the efficiency of employees and qualifying them through courses and workshops that contribute to enhancing their job performance.

His Excellency the Secretary-General pointed out that the Shura Council will honor distinguished employees on an ongoing basis, in order to appreciate their efforts and push them to greater excellence and dedication, which will benefit the Council’s performance.
