The Shura Council State of Qatar

H. E. Mr.  Ahmed Bin Abdulla Bin Zaid Al-Mahmoud the Speaker of the Shura Council met today with H. E. Mr. Martin Chungong, the Secretary General of the IPU. 

During the meeting they discussed the final arrangements of the 140th, Meeting of the General Assembly the IPU and the Related Meetings hosted by the State of Qatar, from 6th, to 10th, April 2019.

H. E. Mr. Martin Chungong praised the arrangements, the keenness and the resolution of H. E. the Speaker and the officials of the Shura Council to make the coming140th, Meeting of the General Assembly the IPU and the Related Meetings a successful session and to ensure the widest and highest universal participation in its works. 

The meeting was attended by a number of officials of the Shura Council.
