Shura Council Participates in Palestine Committee of Arab Parliament

The Shura Council has participated in the meeting of the Palestine Committee of the Arab Parliament, which was held in Cairo to prepare for the first meeting of the third session of the Arab Parliament's third legislative term, which will be held tomorrow.
The Shura Council was represented in the meeting, which was chaired by Speaker of the Arab Parliament HE Adel bin Abdulrahman Al Assoumi, by HE Sheikha bint Yousef Al Jufairi, member of the Arab Parliament and member of the Committee.
During the meeting, HE Sheikha bint Yousef Al-Jufairi reiterated Qatar's firm position in supporting the Palestinian people until they regain all their legitimate rights.
For their part, the members of the committee valued Qatar's firm stance and efforts supportive of the Palestinian cause, and standing by the Palestinian brothers.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments of the situation in Palestine and the continuous violations of the occupation authorities in the occupied city of Jerusalem and their attacks on the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and religious sanctities.
The meeting also reviewed the efforts and actions of the Arab Parliament regarding the developments of the Palestinian cause.
