He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education, and had promoted tomany leadership positions, and served as Head of the Public Relations and Media Department. Then he became the Office Director of the Minister of Municipality. He was appointed as a member of the Shura Council from 1995 to 2004.
He was a member of the Cultural Affairs and Media Committee, and a member of the Qatari-Asian Parliamentary Friendship Group in the Council. He had actively participated in many internal and external missions related to parliamentary, services and volunteering fields.
