He holds an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. He held several leadership positions in the country. He worked in the Ministry of Municipality, the General Civil Aviation Authority, and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs.
He was appointed a member of the Financial and Economic Committee and a member of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in the Council. . He had actively participated in many internal and external missions.
