Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. He joined the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and promoted to leadership positions, where he was appointed Director of the Services Affairs Department in Al Khor Municipality, and then Director of Al Dhaayen Municipality.
He was appointed a member of several local committees, including the Industrial Zones Supervisory Committee, the Rain Emergency Committee, the Cleanliness Project Committee, and the Green and Clean Qatar Committee.
He is the Chairman of the Health, General Services and the Environment Committee of the Shura Council and a member of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with Latin American and Caribbean Countries in the Council.
