An architect, he scaled to leadership positions until he became the head of the studies and costs department and chief engineer in the Ministry of Public Works. He was elected member of many committees, including the Tender Committee, the Grievance Committee, and the Contractors Committee.
He was appointed as a member of the Shura Council between 2017 and 2021. He was appointed as member of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee and the Council’s Internal and External Affairs Committee. He had actively participated in many internal and external missions related to parliamentary, services and volunteering fields.
