He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Qatar University, and worked in the Ministry of Education, then in the Ministry of Finance and Economy, and finally in the Qatar Media Corporation.
He was elected as a member of the Central Municipal Council in its first session form the constituency No 20, and then was appointed as a member of the Shura Council during the period from 2017 to 2021. He was appointed as a member of the Public Services and Utilities Committee. He had actively participated in many internal and external missions related to parliamentary, services and volunteering fields.
