He attend many military courses, including the Grand Staff Course. He joined the military corps of the Ministry of Defense, and held several military positions, as he was appointed to the rank of Brigadier General of Air Staff in the Air Force.
He was appointed as a member of the Shura Council from 2017to 2021, and was appointed as a member of the Internal and Foreign Affairs Committee and a member of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with Latin American and Caribbean Countries of the Shura Council. He had actively participated in many internal and external missions related to parliamentary, services and volunteering fields.
