Shura Council Participates in 7th Arab Parliament Conference

The Shura Council is set to participate in the 7th Conference of the Arab Parliament and the Presidents of Arab Councils and Parliaments, which will be hosted in Cairo on Saturday. The Council's delegation will be headed by HE Speaker of the Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim.
This year's conference will focus on the challenges facing the Palestinian cause, with discussions centered on issuing a parliamentary document outlining a comprehensive vision to support the resilience of the Palestinian people in their homeland, reject displacement and annexation plans, and counter attempts to undermine their cause.
The draft document includes a parliamentary action plan aimed at strengthening legislative and diplomatic efforts, unifying Arab positions in international forums, and advocating for the rights of the Palestinian people, particularly their right to establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
