The Association of Secretaries-General of Arab Parliaments condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli occupations bombing of the Qatar Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza, in yet a new challenge to the international community and a blatant violation of all international laws, conventions, and humanitarian norms.
In a statement today, the association considered that the occupation forces continued targeting of civilians and civilian facilities, including residential communities, hospitals, schools, places of worship, and others, as being the result of the international community's inability to hold this entity accountable, exacerbated by the policy of double standards and silence adopted by some prominent countries regarding the crimes committed by this occupation forces.
The Association of Secretaries-General of Arab Parliaments called on the United Nations and all international human rights organizations to take a firm and deterrent position against the Israeli occupation, and to hold its extremist government accountable before the International Criminal Court for the humanitarian crimes it commits in the Palestinian territories.
