Shura Council’s Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee Holds Its First Meeting of the Session

The Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held its first meeting of the current session, chaired by H.E. Dr. Sultan bin Hassan Al-Dosari, the Committee Chairman.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Committee elected, by acclamation, H.E. member Salem bin Rashid Al-Muraikhi as Deputy Chairman of the Committee, in accordance with the new internal regulations of the Shura Council.
During the meeting, the Committee reviewed a draft law concerning persons with disabilities, and decided to complete its study of the draft law in its next meeting.
