The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Economic and the Financial Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Youssef Al-Mana, the Committee Chairman.
During the meeting, the Committee hosted Mr. Abdulrahman Fouad Al-Mudhahka, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Treasury Affairs, Mr. Salman Mohammed Al-Mahmood, Director of the Public Budget Department, and Mrs. Hamyan Mansour Al-Khater, Director of the Financial Policy Department at the Ministry of Finance.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its discussions on the draft state budget for the fiscal year 2025 and the draft law for the approval of the state budget. Ministry officials responded to inquiries and comments raised by the Committee members regarding the sections and sectors of the draft budget. The Committee decided to continue its study of the draft state budget for the fiscal year 2025 and the draft law for its approval in its next meeting
