He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management. He worked as an engineer in the military and technical fields.
He held military leadership positions, as he was appointed commander of the Air Defense Support Wing. Director of supply and maintenance in the air force, advisor to the Chief of Staff for projects and contracts, deputy head of the contracts and projects unit. He then chaired the Cyber Security Committee, and the Armed Forces Information Systems Steering Committee, and was appointed as head of the Risk and Resiliency Committee of the World Cup Security Committee, and a member of the COVID-19 pandemic Committee.
