He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Humanities, majoring in Social Work, and a Master of Business Administration for the Executive Director.
He joined the judicial courts, where he worked as Head of the Execution Registry, then Head of the Registry at the Public Prosecution, and then Director of the Criminal Affairs Department at the Public Prosecution.
He chaired several organizing committees for international conferences and forums, including the Regional Conference on Justice in the Arab World, and the World Conference of Attorneys General and Prosecutors.
He was appointed a member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee, and a member of the Qatari-Arab Parliamentary Friendship Group in the Council. He had actively participated in many internal and external missions related to parliamentary field.
